A phone camera that helps you tell gold from fool’s gold
Point the camera at the ground, a rock face or your pan and it circles spots carrying the colour of gold, ruby, sapphire or emerald. It is honest about what it cannot do: every circled spot is a candidate, not a find. The two-shot check — one photo in sun, one in shade — is how you separate steady colour from a passing flash of mica or pyrite.

We take on work for other businesses. It doesn't have to be a worksite app — if there's a job in your week still being done on paper, in a spreadsheet, or three times over, that's the kind of thing we're good at. Tell us what the problem is and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right people for it.
We've built for crews on site, for families split across timezones, and for people checking in on their own head, in their own language, wherever they live. The industry changes; making the hard part easy doesn't.

Who we are
A two-person company in Perth. We build the software we wished existed when we were living the problem.
Chris spent nearly three decades working on Western Australian sites — mining, construction, civil and healthcare. That's where One Team comes from: not from a whiteboard, but from watching finished paperwork sit in a folder where nobody could find it when it mattered.
FlyHome came from home. We've lived the working-away end and the waiting end, and the countdown on the kitchen wall was real long before it was a feature.
Mindful Space came from neither — just from knowing how many people are quietly having a hard time, and how few of them want an account, a subscription, or a stranger holding their diary. Seven products now, all built, run and supported by the two of us — alongside the work we take on for other businesses.

Four things we'd want to know if we were you.
If someone has to be shown how to fill in a form, we built the form wrong.
No training day, no manual, no settings screen six tabs deep. If someone can work a phone, they can work what we make. That one rule shapes everything else.
Both Mindful Space apps keep everything on your own device. FlyHome sits outside your employer entirely. We don't sell data, and there's nothing to sell.
Every app has a real free tier — not a trial that expires into a wall. Premium adds depth for the people who want it.
Some features are marked “Soon” because they are. We'd rather say that than pretend the roadmap is finished.
